You do that by using the terminal emulator that you have attached to the serial port to capture to a file, then re-boot the Kindle, save the capture file, compress it (zip is ok), and attach to your next post.

Thank knc1 for your quick response. I have rebooted the device from the homepage of the device, and wait the device to return to the homepage again. The attachment is the logs. Thanks
