CC has its own way of doing things EXCEPT you get to say where by format.
Do take a peek at all the configuration options to get an idea what is available (to change ).

Big Q: why do you need to know?
Like Calibre, CC is a Librarian app.
Use it to find the book (by info), and then have it send it to the Viewer (the user sets this) for that format.
