Multiple times per day. Daily incrementals kept for minimum of one year. In addition to file backups, image backups monthly. All my data is on three separate servers, one remote. (Yeah, before I retired, I was an I.T. guy!)

I found that out. Which is why I have to use that menu every time to select my Paperwhite. The Calibre plug-in is set up to De-DRM things destined for my Paperwhite or for my Kindle For PC, but I don't know how/where to set it up to De-DRM for my Fire tablet. No matter, since once De-DRM'ed, things are readable on the Fire (not that I ever read them on the Fire). The cookbook that I started this thread about downloaded for the Fire, which is what triggered my post when I saw that Calibre didn't De-DRM it. If I actually cared about this stupid free cookbook, I could possibly re-download it for Kindle For PC and De-DRM it that way (???), but I don't care and just deleted the file in this case.
