Mine is the Gutenburg Bible 42-line first edition; one of the 45 that was printed on vellum (the ink was still wet when it was given to me.) Anywho, it's a two volume set and pretty thick (lots and lots of pages.) I never did read it all the way through. I found it a bit intimidating as a child (not enough pictures) and I'm just not sure the characters were that believable.

I'm still waiting for the movie.

But surely I jest. I'm not quite THAT old. Actually my father got it new and he handed it down to me.
