I simply can not recreate this at all on my macOS HighSierra machine with either Sigil-0.9.18 nor Sigil-0.9.991.

I tried using the AppleKey+Q and by hitting the red close window button.

So I need someone who can recreate this to tell me how they are closing the Window?
