Upon connecting my Aura via USB the screen suddenly froze and my device has been useless ever since. Customer support doesn't go beyond trying a manual reset but my screen doesn't refresh even though the backlight does turn on.
I'm hoping the only way out of this hell is manually replacing the image and hoping the problem is the state of the device and not the hardware itself since I believe the entire OS is on the SD card inside so I'm truly hoping there's anyone here that can help me out because this is quite frustrating.
