I have no idea why I thought H2o2, while it was the Forma - but I did use the right update file. In any case this morning, pressing something like 2 minutes on the button worked. Thank you very much.
This all means it is not a good idea to do that kind of thing just before rushing off (to the Opera - Don Carlo, wonderful).
