I did the survey, but I think it was flawed. It asked me which readers I had (I checked more than one box) then asked me various questions about my choice in that "reader" e.e. you could only answer once, which was dumb as I had three readers. In one case, connectivity anywhere was an issue, in another case, it wasn't. One was bought as an all in one multipurpose device, one wasn't etc. These are not useful questions unless one can specify which reader they are answering about, and choose answers for more than one reader if they claim to own more than one.
