You add her Kindle address to YOUR Calibre send by email
She need to logon to her Amazon Manage my devices and authorize the email address YOU will send from.
She can't side load from a standard e-mail attachment? Just put her email address into the send by e-mail (and set that for a Kindle friendly format)
