My kobo H2O which has the same stated limit of 32GB, works with max 128GB. Tried Samsung evo plus 256GB and it wasnt being recognized, you might have similar experience with the inkpad 3. Maybe better try 256GB first, so you save some pennies in case it doesnt get recognized.
Interested in hearing your results, as i have been eyeing the inkpad 3 for some time now.
