Not directly Black Friday related, but currently, in the US only, if you have an old e-ink Kindle, and you trade it in on a new e-ink Kindle, you get 25% off that new Kindle, plus anywhere from $5-60 worth of Amazon gift card. (I got $5 for a 1st gen, damaged screen, Oasis. That's basically as low as it goes. )
