I really like my home pod. As an Apple user and Apple Music subscriber...it's great sound for the money.

As a "smart speaker" -- it's over priced and way over engineered.

Delivering "audiophile sound quality in a small package" it's an amazing feat at the price.

Thing is...it's all about the small things...the sound of the base when volume is low...and how soft you can talk and Siri still hear you despite playing loud music.

Waiting for the day when I buy the second one and can pair them.
