Device: Onyx Max 3 & Onyx Lumi 2
I've had the Onyx Boox Max 1, 3 years ago (no external monitor ability unfortunately) and haven't followed the evolution since.

I see there's the Max 3 version now. Is there an advantage buying it, compared to the Max 2, if I am especially interested in the monitor ability?
