So I should download Epubcheck from the GitHub repository instead? It works as a plug-in?

My computer was wiped out, so both Sigil and Flight Crew were freshly downloaded a day or two before I posted. And yes, I did fetch the Windows zip file. I only did this once before, when Flight Crew was no longer bundled with Sigil, and it installed without a murmur. Same computer but now Win 10 instead of Win 7.
