I did have a question, or request.

I have been using the Quality Fixes on the titles/series, but I wanted to know if there is a way of ommitting certain words from Title Casing, and certain symbols from being deleted.

Books with "&" in the title or series have been getting the symbol deleted. I hate having to hunt around for books that are missing that symbol if I used the fix.

Also, I would like to be specific on words to title case. If there is a space before the words "The", "And", "Of", and "To" I don't want them to be title cased. I currently have been doing find and replace, but it would be helpful if they weren't changed. A space before it means that it is in the title, but not the first word. So, I don't mind it being title cased, but if it is in the middle of a title, it should be lowercased.

Thanks in advance if you can tell me how to fix it or if you make a change in the plugin.
