Yes, that's what I meant. I use Irfanview because I can use keyboard shortcuts to zoom in and out and scroll up and down and switch from one picture to the next, and because it will play animated GIFs. Windows PhotoViewer used to do these same things, but then they "improved" it and it only shows the first frame of animated GIFs, which threw me for a loop. Almost deleted the GIFs as broken, except I remembered them working before. I suppose I could just unzip them over and over every time I wanted to read them, but that seems troublesome. Sorry about the delay; I've been distracted by the impending demise of YahooGroups, when I'm not swamped at work.
