You would think so, but this has been an issue right from the start of Overdrive on Kobos. It looks like Kobo books are based on the newest editions whereas the Overdrive books are probably stuck at whatever edition the library originally bought. It seems like the Kobo method could base searches off title and author when the ISBN doesn't match up however. Of course I speak in total ignorance of the process. I'm guessing there's a lot more to it than I know or understand.
