That is a definite speed improvement, but I wouldn't want to stand there watching the thing for the entire time  .

Almost any fast charger will charge in about an hour. 4 hours is using a current limited charger, not a fast charger. It would probably hit a battery with the capacity of your batteries in 3 minutes or less.
