Ok installed 4.2 indeed faster stil verry slow.
das kapital 3.9MB epub load time 29 sec,second load 32 sec
other space deputy epub 0.2 MB load19 sec, second load 8 sec

ubuntu 18.04.3 lts cpu 3805U 1.9 ghz 8GB ram python 2.7.15+

For me this is a decent system to read a book.
