Check all logs.
Your PC A/V should have an activity log (in case it trapped suspected malware originated mail)
Your ISP should have a Graymail log

Thank you theducks,
I agree Calibre THINKS it was sent. Nothing arriving in other destinations.
I think it's been trapped by my ISP so have raised a ticket with them today which has been escalated to Level 3 (ie senior tech). Mostly because I had a similar issue in May regarding file sizes, but they could see then I was using Calibre as a mail sender and it worked then.
No malware.
ISP calling me back Monday so I will mention the Graymail, thanks.
Something else I can throw into the mix now though, regarding Calibre's test email. I use emClient as my mail client. I still stick pop3 mail rather than imap. My webmail and my emClient are set up as pop3. I use the same SMTP port for both of them AND Calibre. Emails from my webmail and emClient both send and received (even with a mobi file from my Calibre library). And are received on my kindle.
However, not from my Calibre. Also, I can now receive the Calibre Test Email ....but not until I run the diagnostics function in my emClient!!!! Once I do that (not sure what it's diagnosing but it shows POP3 and SMTP with question marks beside them, then when I run Diagnostics, they both change to green check marks. Then when I refresh my emClient and my webmail, the Calibre Test Mail appears in both!!! Still doesn't work for mobi file attachments though (via Calibre).
So my emClient is doing something that fixes itself and my webmail to receive the Calibre Test Mail.
I have also tried changing my emClient to IMAP instead. Still same problems regarding Calibre.
So I now have Amazon tech AND my ISP techs on it. They are both calling me back Monday. I bet they still blame each other ... and emClient! I strongly suspect my ISP will say if it's all working via the webmail then it's not their problem! But it WAS them causing the issue in May.
Thanks for your response. I appreciate it.
