Your information has encouraged me to start a trial and error list.
And I found the culprit!
In the Search and Replace section, I had: search for "\s" and replace with "normal space" (with the intention of eliminating break-spaces etc).
Until last month it had done his job correctly, but now he leaves the converter hanging.
