Over on the audiobook thread, which I only occasionally look at, @tubemonkey posted six free audiobooks of titles by Blake Pierce, all mysteries, all first-in-series. The interesting thing is that the corresponding e-books are also free - you just have to click on the format button for "Kindle" instead of "audiobook".
As far as self-pub, I'm not familiar with Blake Pierce, who doesn't show up in
SYKM either, but if @tubemonkey posted his stuff in audiobooks <grin>, I figure someone here might be interested too.
