And that isn't needed. Calibre 3.48 added support for the Kobo Libra H2O - it was almost the only change. But, there was another firmware release just afterwards that bumped the database version. Just follow the instructions in the warning message and it will be fine.

When the next firmware version comes out, it will probably be the same. But, check the Kobo forum for the thread discussing the update. I will post a statement about the calibre support as soon as I can.
