Since updating to Calibre 4.1, I keep getting kicked out of the Editor (sometimes after nearly an hour of editing! -- I'm terrible at not saving until I'm finished).

Here is what I was doing when the editor just closed on me:

1) Paging down in a file <= This is the only one I might have moved my fingers and accidently hit delete, but I'm pretty sure I didn't
2) Near the end of my spell check
3) Clicked on "See What Changed" after doing a Find and Replace
4) Changing from one file to another

In each case, all corrections/changes I had done were lost (except when I added words to my personal dictionary, those stayed). None of these repeated after going back in and starting over. Only once did it happen twice on the same day, but not close in time.

Any ideas?
