For details of the ADE algorithm, see https://wiki.mobileread.com/wiki/ADE#Page_numbers. It is mainly interesting as anything that uses the Adobe RMSDK to read epubs will use it.

For the rest, as BR said, the plugins author is no longer around. I have done some maintenance as needed, but, neither of these are something I am interested in doing. If you want them, you would probably need to do them yourself. Neither should be to hard hard to. The latter could probably be implemented as a filetype plugin that started the page count.
