Well, the Kindle never attreacted me, being not availible to none - us peaple.
And i hate how amazon tries to make sure some books can only be published with thier own format.
I use amazon lots, but on that point, they kinda messed up.

Well, i guess that depends on whatever warrenty you paid for, and why you are changing the screen.
Well, i found booken support quitte good. My sceen got broken, it was replaced in one week. Price is 120 Euros, plus shipping fees. Getting the reader back in my hands one week after i shipped it was a nice surprice

Yeah, i paid for it, but i'm the only one responsible for bumping the screen, and chosing not to take damage warranty.
I guess being in france helped there. Well, that's one of the reason i chosed booken over illiad, thinking that a france / france shippement would be easier shall the worst happen.
