Hi, drjd. It looks like this is from the Hindi, and I'm not familiar with Hindi naming conventions, but if you go to the Youtube page for this video and look directly below the video it says this:

Looking on the internet I found several entries for this song under that name, but none had "Kavita" in the title.

It looks like the title you quoted is actually the first stanza from the song -- at least, according to this site:
