Same here, I’m just not seeing any must have features in Catalina. The only one that gets my attention is the ability of developers to port their iPad apps to it, but MacRumors says they are having über issues with that at the moment, and even once they get it working correctly it will take a while before we see many apps.

I’m having all kinds of iPadOS 13.1 issues, mostly minor, but annoying. I’m having a lot of keyboard issues in some apps like Numbers and Safari wherein the keyboard stops working. I’m also having issues with copy/paste/cut. iOS 13.1 seems pretty good though, just iPadOS giving me fits at the moment. Since they obviously screwed up stuff in iPadOS I’m assuming Catalina will be a mess for a while too. So I’m definitely waiting at least a few weeks before upgrading, if I ever upgrade.
