It doesn't feel solved to me. I was (am) up until past 3am trying to fix this. I hope it is sorted in the morning. To pay this kind of money and have the first experience being hours of intense frustration is not acceptable. Certification is the worst of the problems but there are myriad other niggles that leave me with a feeling of an unfinished product. Why did the keyboard revert to Chinese? Why is there a lag of over 10 seconds logging (unsuccessfully) into Amazon Kindle? Grrrr
