It's walmart, you ever see a Customer service counter? They don't ask, they don't care.. their only job is making sure the device is *in* the box and you aren't returning a bag of sand. (Edit: though someone might notice if you serial return a bunch. I'm not saying it's ok to buy 4 and pick the one you like the best.)
