For me:
  1. Enable ligatures on kepubs (this shouldn't require a patch. Kobo should fix the layout on their proprietary format)
  2. Advanced font control (again, shouldn't require a patch, though I could live without this if it stopped working)
  3. Reduce footer height.
  4. Once the bugs are fixed, I'll enable the patch to swap header/footer info.
