Short answer: I basically quarantined just about all of the additions from that fork as untrustworthy code.

Longer answer: LTR and RTL aren’t things that should be blindly added to or removed from a book. If they're needed, they’re extremely likely to already be specified, and if they’re specified, it’s best to make damned sure it’s safe to remove them before doing so. Either situation calls for manual judgment.

I don’t remember seeing anything about this function. It’s not something I deliberately included or excluded.

EDIT: If you’re talking about the “remove files with these names” function, I regard that as extremely dangerous and steered way the hell away from it. It’s all too easy for a novice with a little bit of knowledge to create a lot of damage that way.
