Norton is rubbish. Using a script blocker such as noscript, umatrix or ublock is FAR more effective.
1) I'd not worry as people using Norton safe web is a small percentage.
2) About $8 pa for a domain and $10 to $100 for proper paid hosting. With free services YOU are the product and inevitably many domains with free hosting get blocked due to miscreants hosting malware etc on them.
Conclusion:
1) Change your hosting.
2) Never sign up to an inept service just to complain. Get the hosting company to complain, more clout.
