The only desirable new feature I’m aware of in this is the patch to the routine which removes sets of files (Apple, calibre bookmarks, etc.), and I’ve already got that code squirreled away to be merged in. That code, I believe, was posted in #1208.

I've not applied any patches. What I've found is that sometimes Modify ePub needs to be run twice. I don't know if anything gets missed the first time around (sometimes) and then gets sorted the second time around. What I will do next time is compare the first run from the second run to see what it is that gets sorted on the second run.
