I'm on 10.13.6, and I am able to mount the dmg. However, once mounted, Calibre is shown with a line through it — which answers my other question about the feasibility of running Calibre on High Sierra

P.S. I downloaded with Safari, then downloaded again with Chrome. The strike-through over the app appears on both versions.
