I’ve been doing some review to make sure what the current status of this plugin is, and here’s my assessment so far.

First post: Kiwidude’s latest revision, v1.3.13, from 2015. Latest official release, AFAIK.
Fork 1, on my machine: A stable beta that adds some minor unpretty enhancements.
Fork 2, in post 1127: A version-number bump which adds an option to remove page map files, from late 2017.
Fork 3, in post 1208: A patch for a reported bug, from May of this year. Source code posted, but not incorporated into a currently available version due to other issues.

If that’s an accurate summary of the current status, it’s past time to harmonize everything into a proper, official update. I’m looking at calling the final result either v1.3.15 or v1.4.0, to avoid any confusion with other forks. Does anybody have any further information to add before I start working on such a merge?

(Opinions on whether 1.3.15 or 1.4.0 is preferred would be useful, but secondary to the key question of whether other forks exist that need to be folded in.)
