It takes about 13 seconds for 10 consecutive pdf pages (with full refresh after four pages) using KPV reader on paperback/hardcover pdf scan, ocr-ed in Adobe's Clearscan mode, i.e. about 1.3 seconds per page, so, if we pressed the next page button at the middle of the last line it would be an almost instantaneous transition.
