I have to side with the Turtle.
Many of us that have been using Sigil, may not have anything close to what the original (as shipped), UI.
I run multi-screen (detached windows); have my various toolbars on Left, Top and Right;
AFAIK the only thing I can't move is the Main Menu and the status bar
