If you know a better way to do this (like really remove the from batch of books), let me know.
Removing color is not a feature of this plugin. But if you do an epub to epub conversion you can remove colors by going to the Look & feel section of the conversion settings - Styling Tab - scroll down and check the Colors box then run the conversion. This should remove colors from the converted book.
