The packages are outrageously outdated, so that's to be expected. The good news is, you don't need a package to install it.
Just pull the source from github and install it like any other KUAL extension. I'm pretty sure there's a couple of posts with slightly more details about that in the LS thread.
EDIT: Or, I just repackaged the current sources, because that's been a recurring query. Check the thread again.
