CorruptError: CorruptError: database disk image is malformed
The problem is that the database is corrupt. Do you use Kobo Utilities to backup your database? If you do, copy the last backup over the corrupt database in .kobo on your Kobo.

If you don't have a backup of your database, you'll need to log out of your Kobo and log back in in order to rebuild the database.
