When I get a new ereader, I always spend a couple of days playing, customizing, organizing (both with the device and in Calibre). When I get a reader I haven't had before (Nook and Kobo) the tinkering can take almost a week. I still haven't finished setting up my Libra, which I got on Thursday (mostly Calibre work now). So you're not alone.
