You might have to get used to the keyboard shortcuts - which are customisable, e.g Go to start/end of book are Ctrl+Home and Ctrl+End, show/hide ToC is Ctrl+Alt+t (I had to customise that one, Ctrl+t didn't work for me).

Shortcuts for Next/Previous ToC item would be nice. There are shortcuts for next/previous file - but there's no guarantee they will map to ToC boundaries.
