@rjwse: I've seen one other report of this headerss and footers being swapped thing, but I cant replicate it myself, it would help if you sent me the book you are converting and also the log from the conversion job. You can send me the file eihter by PMing me a link to it or opena ticket in the calibre bug tracker and attach itthere.

I sent (1) pm, (2) epub file via bug tracker, (3) .txt conversion report here via attachment. (I was unable to see how to attach 2 files in bug tracker and could not see how to attach any file via pm.)
