I'm hoping someone could help me. After about 5 days of working perfectly, KSM suddenly looks like this.

I have tried rebooting and reinstalling KSM but so far no luck.
I am using the kobo forma version, which I realize may not be fully supported.
Any troubleshooting help would be much appreciated.
