I'm sorry, but the title of the song is just "Sad Story". According to Google, it appears as track 16 on the album King Emmanuel Calling, Volume 3. It's on Chessman, a relatively small reggae label. It's not on Discogs or sold by Amazon, but you can find the tracklisting through Google.
