+1 on having a CHARGED Booster battery handy.

California is warning of preemptive power outages during wild fire season . The talking heads on TV said it could take over a day to bring all the affected homes BACK online (once the decision is made to do this)

I suspect the Cell system won't last anywhere that long, so having extra juice only means you can have your tunes and read OFFLINE stuff.
