Not the browser plugin. The app (for macOS or Windows):

There is also Send To Kindle feature built into the iOS Kindle app. You can Share .mobi, .pdf, web articles etc. and add things to your library. I can’t remember the last time I used the PC/macOS app. And longer still since I sent email attachments to my Kindle email address.
