After searching for ages for an image for my bricked Icarus Illumina 3 E654BK I finally found an image for the JDRead-Likebook T63S Boyue-T63HDS-JD with 300ppi and a resolution 1448x1072 which lets the device boot (into recovery and into the language selection dialog [touch is working too]), which I couldn't accomplish with any other image I found, and I tried a lot.
Unfortunately the Icarus Illumina 3 E654BK has a screen resolution of 1024x758 and only 212ppi, which makes the Rom unusable. Since Icarus disappeared there is no way, to get a working ROM for this device.
Does anyone know of a way to change the resolution in the ROM to have it working with my device?
