New Likebook might be DOA
I've wanted one for months and finally pulled the trigger. It arrived yesterday and, as eager as I was to play with it, it was at 11% battery which quickly went to 9% and then 6%. I took the hint, plugged it in, and looked forward to tinkering a few hours later.
When I got home, I got the battery with a slash through it, lightning bolt, and the charging cable screen, which wasn't a good sign. I figured maybe the multi-port USB charger just wasn't putting out enough current, so I plugged it into a dedicated charger. I swear I got up during the night and it had charged itself and all was good, but that may have been a dream. Now, it's sitting there, plugged in to a charger, but that screen just won't go away and the unit won't start. (It worked when I first took it out of the box.)
I've seen a factory reset mentioned and I'll hunt around some more on how to do that but anyone have thoughts? I might just have a dud.
Thanks in advance!
